THE NEED —Increase personal protection while improving comfort, mobility and thermal burden, often limited by rigid, heavy and poorly breathable constructions.
THE TECHNOLOGY — We use linear technical knitting to engineer multi-layer textile architectures that manage drape, local reinforcement and energy dispersion, enabling ergonomic shapes and modular integration with carriers and accessories. Materials are selected case-by-case(e.g., high-tenacity and cut-resistant fibres) and validated through structured prototyping and lab characterization.
THE APPLICATION — Functional demonstrators and pre-qualification samples that improve the protection-to-comfort trade-off, with scalable manufacturing routes and customization by mission profile, fit and integration constraints.
