THE NEED —Increase personal protection while improving comfort, mobility and thermal burden, often limited by rigid, heavy and poorly breathable constructions.

THE TECHNOLOGY We use linear technical knitting to engineer multi-layer textile architectures that manage drape, local reinforcement and energy dispersion, enabling ergonomic shapes and modular integration with carriers and accessories. Materials are selected case-by-case(e.g., high-tenacity and cut-resistant fibres) and validated through structured prototyping and lab characterization. 

THE APPLICATION Functional demonstrators and pre-qualification samples that improve the protection-to-comfort trade-off, with scalable manufacturing routes and customization by mission profile, fit and integration constraints.
